Honesty is pre-requisite to trust. Anyone who is perceived as an honest person is by default also is considered as a convincing person. Both names mentioned above (IK/AU) are good choices.

I believe the only person who can bring real change in Pakistan is Dr Qadri. The reason being he is a person who has delivered over 600 schools, colleges, university, medical dispensaries, orphan care homes, written over 1000 books, international network in over 90 countries, defended Islam against Western academics. I think if we want real change we need people who can deliver. He lives in the same house he built over 30 years ago and his grandchildren live in the same average house. We need people like this who come from the grass roots. He is also the most qualified and learned out of the leaders. The people following him are hugely committed as has been witnessed. The only thing is because he has stood for bringing clean politicians and remove the status quo they have all ganged up against him so they can carry on looting our taxes.
