Remember George V. was the first Ruler from England who visited his Empire.
That means before George V. no Ruler from England visited their Empire in INDIA.
You can count how many this can be.
This is only one example . If you search you would find alot.

To lead any organization, country ,city or department this is not necessary that the leader should be present there.

What is the comparison between George V visiting India to Qaid e Tehreek staying away from his homeland.
You said there are hundreds of examples and now you say you can find only one.
Now you really have to suggest your name becasue you took the challenge and could not come up with answer.
Why are you comparing MQM website to PLMn. Why not with PTI who is the youngest party but have far better ideas and allow people to debate issues on its website. There are human being discussing issues good or bad not Pujaris who will not utter a word against Qaid.
Why MQM does not allow the debate on its website, you know why, becuase you will receive hundred million nice suplerlatives every day. I am sure you will use your close association with Qaid e Tehreek and have this facility sanctioned so that people do not have to come to this forum take it out of them.

With this one example you can calculate all the ruler who came before Georg v.
This should be more than your req.
As well as the same search will give us 100 of such type of examples ...
