What Life Means To You ??

i really enjoyed reading such an astute n well written para by bret :) writing is an art n keep goin with it ....

yes its ones perception n even in the ques itself there were so many dimensions ...

i would like to add one small thing tht i read somewhere in my course books n understood its meaning now

there are two thing tht always stay in ones vision one ,,,ambushes one...one tht u strive for,other tht u would get no matter what ...,for those thing u need to be submissive to ALLAH and not to worry abt ,and for other you need to work hard and show the will that u realy want it ,tht u longed for it froma long time ...


we have so many things to think about ...let see which one of us accomplishes the rite purpose

Unfortunately it is a human tendency to try and look beyond the mundane, beyond the realms of logic and reason when it is much easier to look nearer to home, closer to human nature. Most of the times the answers to our most pressing issues, the most hitting questions do not lie in philosophy or looking for themes that a normal human being cannot even begin to fathom. Had life been that difficult to understand or unsubservient to us, the idea of a level playing field for all humans that have come on this planet would never be possible; but there is a level playing field after all. Every human that has come on this earth has an equal chance of dong good or wrong; being truthful or spreading lies; breaking law or upholding law; every single person on earth has the choice of doing however he deems fit. And therein lies the crux of my little post here; when every person has a level playing field, would be judged equally, has the same choices to make, has the same God to answer to, how could then the purpose of life be different for everyone?

Whether you are a carpenter, a photographer, an engineer or a social scientist, the purpose of your life or what life means to you is not going to be decided by your profession. It definitely is not going to be decided by your hobbies or your family or friends. Life is a blessing from the Almighty and He does not discrminate in Blessing someone more than the other. Whosoever is given the blessing of life stands at a pedastal where everyone is equal in stature however varying the trials and tribulations of each person maybe. Life then is meant to be lived, in a way which is not impossible for any other person standing on that pedestal to live. What life then means for everyone is the same, live life the way in which everyone can live, the way in which you are not superior or inferior to anyone. In simpler words life means accomodating everyone within your way of life, whereby no one looks down or you or looks upto you except in taqwa. Its simple, the answer to all our questions. You dont have to think very hard or to look for supernatural ways to comprehend the sagacities of life. Think simple, think of the simple :)

umm i would differ from wht hamd wrote life has not given equal oppurtunities to every one ..because allah has to test and tht test is nt same for everyone ...some are given enuff n are tested m,some are given less n than tested ..reason of tis post was to give two to three minutes of discrete examination of ur ownself n then to realise can u alone make a differnece ..yes i agree profession cant be ur meaning but struggling n striving to get best can stumble upon somthing tht u would realise u got some divine help making ur life easier ...why we dont have contentmnt on our face reason because we are too much self absorbed now we have gone off the track but believe me some where in your life u would get a u turn n life would change ..life would give u chance for once to justify ur being :)
having said that i beleive this ques had so many variants and that we get to express
