But PCB doesn't need smart coach. It needs dumb coach like Waqar Younus who is consistently performing very bad but still is in his office.

Aqib is Smart, honest and hard worker as well.

Pakistan team can only be straightened if (1) you have a powerful foreign (Australian) coach who is given full authority to hire and fire. Like in football, there should be no selection committee. The coach should have all the powers and should be able to fire even the best player of the team. Instead of a selection committee, he should only have advisers. (2) Give security to players so that they are not afraid to dive and field. Any player who gets injured, should be payed full match fees for at least one years even when he is not in the team. And he should be guaranteed at least 4 matches on his return from the injury. Today players are afraid to get injured and lose all their income.

sorry he's a smart coach but giving wrong logic, why we r really down in ODIs ? Same Misbah captain in ODIs till WC and now Azher Ali. The problem is Juwa Mafia who get chances in ODIs n' T20 cricket ONLY.

He was telling that Afridi do rapid changes thats why, but i see Hafeez, Umer and Shoaib always there in T20Is but what they have done to win matches Nothing, even selfie boy is also there except Asia Cup. These are the 4 main batsman but their performance is pathetic, In T20 WC, Asia Cup and New Zealand t20 series lost badly.

These 4 batsman should be kicked out including Afridi, Waqar, Sheheryar and Indian Agent Sehti, who got assurances overnight from juwa mafia to allow Pakistani team to travel and Ch. Nisar Ali Khan became quiet after.

Whole nation saw the outcome of begging India. If we refused to go then it would have had a big impact on juwa mafia and Indian sponsors and might BCCI n' Indian Govt start thinking to play with Pakistan in near future and If NOT than Pak should refuse when India is hosting. Didn't we try/beg everything except boycotting India even when you got a solid platform of security concern. We were the loser, we are the loser so what if we didn't go to India, would it make any difference to nation. Nation is still sad except Sehti and his master.
