if earth is slowing down then our day should be not 24 hours . some second should be decreased every year. but we know that our days are same.

A few things that need correction there.

Your day is Not 24 hours. Its 23 hours 56 minutes and 4 seconds. Earth's rotation has been slowing down for millions of years. Atomic clocks show that today the day is longer by 1.7 milliseconds than what it was 100 years ago.
Also if the Earth rotation is slowing down your day will NOT be shorter, but Longer.

No. As demonstrated this does NOT work. The man is cheating you all by using a high pressure blower which is off camera and you cannot see. You can build the same contraption and it will not even rotate once.

It means there is no such thing as a free lunch. It means there are no short cuts to your problems. It means the only way out is to work hard. Champion the usage of renewable energy like Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric, Geothermal, BioGas. Unfortunately for these to really be accessible to the common Pakistani the government needs to heavily subsidize these technologies.

In the interim I suggest that every Pakistani needs to dramatically reduce their energy footprint. Not because of forced electrical outages by the government, but by attempting to live off the grid themselves as much as possible. Solar energy does not necessarily mean photo voltaic cells - which are expensive. Solar can also be a dish array that heats up water to steam to power a steam engine for electricity. That is significantly more cheaper and produces More electrical output. But Pakistanis are not interested in that, I dunno why.

I setup a BioGas generator in the outskirts of Lahore at a friend's farm. It was even easier. He lives now almost completely off the grid. You see, its not impossible if you are willing to put in the hard work.

It makes no difference if I refuse or accept. Try to make it yourself and see for yourself. :) When you don't get anything out of it, then you'll know yourself. Doesn't matter what I say. Infact I encourage you to try all these things out, you will learn in the process. :) I think you are an intelligent guy looking for solutions. I just don't want you to get disappointed in these frauds. I want you to understand there is absolutely no replacement for hardwork and perseverance. It ALWAYS pays off.
