These are not sane voices. They are only discussing the security lapse which is always there, be it Mumbai or any attack in Pakistan. When an Indian comes out and says it is not Pakistan's fault but ours (the way we treat Kashmiris) then I'll say they are sane.

but you have to understand there are almost 50 crore completely illiterate indians are there as well

Loosely coined, south of india doesn't care, east has its own issues and west doesn't bother. It's just that the illiterates in some northern (excluding Kashmir itself and some of Punjab) and central india are more keen on this rote-the same ones who usually kill people over cow slaughter/doubt of. The perfect vote bank for butcher of gujarat.
