Well it is now confirmed that it was Haider khan Hoti(of ANP government) protocol.

I wondered how CM khattak took this much protocol when we have seen him with only 2 Police Mobiles only, sometimes even without those 2 as well. But now things have been cleared. Thanks to some sensible members here in the forum.

There is always two Police mobiles for every one vehicle(which can be seen in the video), Plus the road is not blocked for common people during their movement.

I don't think one can get a full picture without knowing the background of how many politicians or ministers were moving in this caravan.
