Pak only charged $250 per truck with no taxes, Iran will charge much more plus taxes.
The money Iran makes will go back on roads and the people unlike Pakistan the money

U.s. Suspends shipments through pakistan

The U.S. military on Tuesday suspended shipments of equipment out of Afghanistan through Pakistan, citing protests that posed a risk to truck drivers, officials said.
The move came after club-wielding activists of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, which leads the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, forcibly searched trucks for NATO supplies in protest over U.S. drone strikes in the tribal belt. The PTI protesters have demanded the government halt all NATO shipments traveling through Pakistan until the U.S. suspends its drone program.
We have voluntarily halted U.S. shipments of retrograde cargo through the Pakistan Ground Line of Communication (GLOCC) from Torkham Gate through Karachi, said Pentagon spokesman Mark Wright in a statement.
Wright was referring to the main overland route used by the Americans and NATO to withdraw military hardware from Afghanistan, as part of a troop pullout set to wrap up by the end of 2014.
U.S. officials said trucks have been told to wait for now in holding areas in Afghanistan. We anticipate that we will be able to resume our shipments through this route in the near future, Wright said.
A defense official said Washington believed the Islamabad government fully supported the use of the route and that it would soon restore security to the area. The companies that we contract with were getting nervous. And its getting a little too dangerous for the truck drivers, said the defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The United States has alternative routes available to the north through Central Asia, though those options take longer and are more expensive. While we favor shipping cargo via Pakistan because of cost, we have built flexibility and redundancy into our overall system of air, sea and ground routes to transport cargo into and out of Afghanistan, Wright said.
The U.S. and Pakistani governments recently issued a joint statement saying the road route through Pakistan was important to Washington and Islamabad both, as well as the NATO alliance, he added.
About half of U.S. cargo is being taken out through the Pakistan route via the Torkham crossing, with the remainder being removed by aircraft or a combination of planes and then ships at regional ports.
This isnt the first time that NATO cargo shipments traveling through Pakistan have been disrupted. Last year, Islamabad shut its border to coalition trucks for more than seven months after a U.S. helicopter accidentally killed 24 Pakistani troops. The border reopened to supply trucks in July 2012 after Washington issued an apology.
As of September, the Pentagon said it had to send home 24,000 vehicles and 20,000 shipping containers of equipment after more than 12 years of war. The Pentagon flies out weapons and other sensitive gear.
The whole withdrawal will cost an estimated $7 billion, according to Pentagon officials.

mr afridi......u mentioned 65 years of history....if you smoke for a long time period ..you get addicted....very hard to quit all of a sudden....therefore you slow it down and then you can get rid of that....corruption,opportunism,dictatorship,fundamentalism,illiteracy ,bios ness,division and un patriotic acts in our country are happening For 65 years......our whole leadership is murdered..Jinnah,liaquat ali khan,bhuttos and many more...we have to act smartly not jazbati ....every pakistani should know what ghairat is ....ghairat starts from your tongue and finish at stomach...past five years may be were not the best years of our history but.....we have the constitution in it's original form....just from now on start working everything according to it...you will see the difference ....matter of fact ....it's started already improving...people are aware of issues...khan sb working on his agenda in kpk...PPP cleaning up,Karachi mess...noons are cleaning terrorists from colleges and now talking abt killers ...balochistan also improving a bit.....therefore just don't do any rational act that will put all these improvements in vain....once we get together and strong ....drone will stop any way....just pray for unity

Exactly, Drone attacks are violation of our constitution. It is violation of our borders as well as human rights, so it must stop. There is nothing wrong in taking aid from friends, Even the progressed countries needs aid after disasters but no one compromise on their soveriegnity and dignity.
