Nonsense. Stop this crab. Reality does not remain hidden that today Mohajirs are fully colonized by Sinhis. We have to fight for our share of 50% in jobs and resources of SIndh, We do not have any other issue. ZAB broke Pakistan and gave us this quota system which resulted in our colonization.

Nonsense crap. MQM does not represent all Urdu speakers. Secondly the demographics of Karachi has changed sharply in the last few years. Generally the ratio of Urdu speaking population has decreased in Karachi as compared to others.
Hamood ur Rehman commission report blames the Urdu-Punjabi establishment for the Bangladesh debacle.

Sheila Raza brought up good points you dont hear much about in usual media too too mein mein.
Another thing about quota system in Sindh is that rest of Sindh has no industries, no big economy so govt sector is only employer that can take ppl out of poverty. While in cities you have best education institutes , industries, service economy etc.
If I was runing the govt I would make sure CSS PCS and Army jobs would employ ppl only from the most backward districts.
You dont need alot of talent for these jobs but its a good way for govt to provide employment.
This will also increase connection of such peripheral areas to the State. Also can break oppressive local feudal power dynamics.
I am sure these ppl wont be that corrupt as the ppl from upper middle class Urban backgrounds who make the bulk now days.
Ppl with Medicine , Engineering management degrees doing CSS is a huge waste of resources.
