u cant compare prices in pakistan with UK . in UK minimum pay will be 5-6 GBP per hour here it is 0.2 GBP per hour... So...

No its not. In UK on prepaid sims you can either topup for 10 or 15 pounds and subscribe to Big data or Big talk plans. On bid data plans you get unlimited internet and unlimited texts. So if you compare this to 3000 Rs package in Pakistan then United Kingdom plans is much cheaper. You could do the calculations.

This is for USB Modem or for some other internet devices. But for Mobile they can not limit the speed. Because i never see in the whole world they they have limit the speed on mobile data. Package limit is different thing.1GB,2GB thing is everywhere.....

Well in Saudi Arabia it is 25 Riyal (625 PKR) for 100 MB and 100 Riyal(2600) for 1 GB mobile internet and it is same in UAE and Bahrain as well....

You are right here, that's the reason Pakistan is not suitable for 3g/4g network because of it's cost effective maintenance of 3G network.

At earlier it was expensive to afford 3G enabled Network in UK. but as the system upgraded and the cost of running the 3G network become economical then they launch the economical package for their customers. It's a long walk. It's took 2 to 3 years for affordable tariff. Earlier it was data restricted except three (no tathering
Same in Pakistan not every cells enabled with 3G only the selected cities towers have 3G enable cell cites . If you take the example of Mobilink which have more than 17000 Cell sites. if the up-gradation of one cell in to 3g is in million Rupees than it will take them billion for the up-gradation of all cell cites in whole Pakistan. but as soon they upgrade and recover the half of their cost then they will be able to bring the price down as its happen in many other countries.
