PML-N supporters are as bad as PPP when it comes to blindly following their leaders, or any 'good' news about them. They dont bother reading details, or investigating on their own. For them, the word of their bosses is gospel.
1. TI has already released the figures for 2013. I didnt know 2013 was already over!
2. Since 2013 is not over yet, obviously these figures are not for the calendar year 2013. They are for the financial year 2013, which runs from July to June. (July 2012 to June 2013).
3. Since PML-N didnt come into the fed govt till June 2013, their tenure has not been factored in so far, or at least, not in detail.
4. The reason why corruption index went down last year was because PPP was mired in one case after another...and didnt have time to keep up the pace.
Finally, PML-N was proven to have purchased favorable surveys from transparency international pakistan, and gallup Pakistan last year. So to expect an objective review from their websites is not always practical.

This is unfair and a sweeping generalization.
Not all PTI supporters are like that. You cannot blame everyone for the shameful behavior of ignorant trolls, who unfortunately are quite common on this website.
However, there are many PTI supporters who appreciate all good deeds no matter done by whom and who consider the country more important than any party.
