Who ever did wrong should be punished, be it judges, generals, or politicians.
Wheels turned in both type of govt, btw all martial laws were supported by politicians. All benefited from having their oppositions overthrown.

But I haven't seen you ever condemning PMLN for their acts.

Eventually what we see is a state with broken system.
Can you count and tell me the public institutes that perform? If they don't who should we blame?

How much time would you allow the current govt to fix the system? Do you think such a broken system can be fixed in a jiffy?

Just imagine out of approx. 500,000 SME's less than 1% pay taxes. Large corporates steal money from govt, by collecting money on behalf of govt and not giving it to the govt. Every second person is a cheat.

If IK can even fix 50% of this in 5 year, it'd be a categorical achievement. He claims to do it in 2 years.

We love him because he has the right intent. Just look how hes buiding the image of our country on a global scale.

I am 100% with Imran Khan, if he fixes the taxation in Pakistan. I have posted quite a few comments praising him over this.
Find my single comment against his actions on this matter and shut me up please.

Why are you mixing two different things. We are not talking about the manutfactured definition of 5 judges.
We are talking about the Judge Arshad Malik verdict on Al-Aziziya. what he said in (mariyams press conference video) that eh gave under pressure because someone was blackmailing him over his Nunga dance.
I think the case was closed after Wajid Zia admittance in his court (the link i gave you). HAVE YOU READ THE LINK COMPLETELY.

Judge Arshad Malik never said he gave judgement under pressure, Maryam Nawaz is openly lying about it with a fabricated video. In 3 weeks itll be decided and I hope that people doing this against our judiciary are given harsh punishments.

This is the final judgement 131 pages (read the judgement completely), I belive the court had more material apart from Wajid Zia's statement. (who btw you guys were trashing for doing biased work)

But ofcourse for you a 1 page The News article, published before judgement, is enough to make Nawaz Sharif innocent. Even if they didn't you in your heart will always think Nawaz Sharif is innocent & all was good in Pakistan before IK came.

assumption is money laundered outside and then coming back from official channel via his son.

honeslty I didn't read the jdugement, i believe our judiciary knows what they are doing. Apart form Armed Forces, they are the only ones who do their work properly. But pmln's intimidation & blackmailing currently has put a huge question mark upon them as well.

One more thing, if Maryam had proof that the Judge was corrupt, will she file a case first and then go public or go public and not file a case. which is more plausible.

harsh sentences should be given for intimidating and maligning judiciary.
If they did this to SS back in the days, no one would have dared to blackmail judiciary.
Pity on PMLN that they chose NS (famous for changa manga & hudaibia) & SS (caught on Justice Qayyum) to be their leaders.

Some were told to come and give justification of their source , and they ran away. Which further proves that the allegation holds truth.

Can you tell me what is wrong in the judgement and if you have cracked the case better than all the judges and lawyers and love NS so much why don’t you file a case against the judgement.

I am not fighting the case Munawar Khan, obviously this is all written in it to Convict NS. However all of this was not valid the a parallel case of flag ship. This is a clear contradiction. Using all these arguments NS could have been convicted in the flagship reference as well.
Now what you have not read in that verdict is that MLA from the saudi arabia has not been replied yet. It said the MLA will be submitted in court once received. The MLA was not replied because Wajid Zia asked question of scrap, while it was not scrap it was used machinery from Ala Azizia transferred to Jeddah. Wajid zia admitted in court that the MLA was wrong.
Now the story is that money trail Sharifs have submitted is the 25% shares of the Alzizia which they owned. This 25% was used to build this all (per Sharifs). Wajid zia admitted in the court that they did not trace this 25% shares. The assumed that 25% shares was used to clear off the bankruptcy of tariq shafi with BCCI bank.
I can give you all proofs with links of the court proceedings, only if you ask. I dont want to waste my time searching it all if you are not interested.

I think these are the facts that IHC looked at while giving bail. It said this sentence does not seem like lasting
