Who is asia?

Asia is a christian preacher, who was arguing about religion in falsa farm. In which she passed blasphemour remarks about Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم . She accepted her crime and asked for pardon in session court which declared her gulity and sentenced her death

In high court she changed her plea and acted innocent of the crime. But the evidence was overwhelming and her semtemced was uphold .

Then whole media, liberal, political elite took her case when international powers got involved, she was called innocent and fabricated stories were made about the incident to change the narrative of the people

There is no country in the world where a group of people would warn the highest court judges on YouTube to make a decision according to their wishes or face the consequences. This is the highest insult to any court. Would our Chief Justice still be quiet for this extreme insult ?
Even if it was directed to an individual that "either do this or your life would be in danger" , even then it would have been a criminal act, Let alone given such warning to the Highest court judges.
If he does not take an action against them and decides against Asia Bibi then it would be evident that the courts decision was influenced by TLP.

It is a catch22 for the courts and the government. If the courts have decided to release her then their can be huge protests and judges life can be in danger if she is hanged then Pakistan would struggle to account for such a harsh sentence to a woman in the United nations as nobody in Pakistan has ever been hanged on the charges of belasphmay.

The court doesn't have the courage to either hang her or release her. The only option is to get rid of her in the prison cell. She is already struggling with her health in the prison. Pakistani Judicial law provide chance of appeal to every accused. Before reaching any conclusion all of us need to wait for the verdict, this is insane to threaten the judiciary and state to get a verdict in favour. There is Namoos e Risalat law in Pakistan, and if she will be found guilty after appeal then nobody will stop the state to hang her till death. Such blackmailing and instigating public towards violence cannot be defended / tolerated.

پھر 2.5 گھنٹے آسیہ کے وکیل کو دیئے جائیں۔ اورصرف 25 منت دوسرے وکیل کو دیئے جائیں

پھر یہ کہا جائے قرآن سنت ہمارے لیے دلیل نہیں، یہاں فیصلے برٹش لا کے تحت ہوتے ہیں

Law should be same for everyone. If the judge doesn't have courage to penalize one person for contempt then he has no right to penalize the other one for contempt.
