Time for a New Strategy.

I am a die Hard Fan of Imran Khan. Most of you probably know that by now.


I think its time to change the strategy and get out of this Dharna. Dharna has accomplished a lot already but I think the expectation was set too high. The best course of action in my opinion is for Imran Khan to step down as chairman and make Asad Umar or Shah Mehmood Qureshi Care taker Chairman, Call fresh Party Elections and Get elected Chairman again. In the mean time Let SMQ or Asad Umar cut a deal with Govt as acting Chairman. That way both Govt and Imran can Save Face and the country can move on.
I say this because the threat of Martial Law is more now than before since both Judiciary and Army's Neutral posture that they were trying to maintain by staying out of fray is already damaged so Army has nothing to lose now and would be more motivated to take the accusers to task.


I may be wrong here but trying to think an out of the box solution. Khan has already proven he is the man of his word. We should not test him anymore.

I think public have disappointed IK, he should take a little rest, let the public enjoy democracy, all politicians are together against ppl of Pakistan, let them enjoy a corrupt govt who is in power through rigged election. Why IK is wasting his energies on ppl who are happy to stay home and are not with their honest leader

I disagree with you. Listening to the speeches in Parliament this morning, powerful cartels are branding these deprived Pakistanis as terrorists and rebels. For sure they want a massacre under this pretext and the best strategy is to challenge them gracefully, rather than leaving the battlefield and thus acknowledging the stance of government.

It is a defining moment where mood of protesters will decide the future of Pakistan.
