Cheeko,Baba please answer me from Quran. How many rakaats, how many sujoods, what to read during namaz from Quran?
How many rakaats: There is no such thing mentioned in Quran that at Fajr you have to
pray two rakat farz and two rakat sunnat;
How many sujjods: Quran does mention the integral part of rakooh and sajooj of the prayer but it does
not restricts the number. Even it teaches that one may do all the night sajood.
What is read in Salaat: Quran does teach that "Salaat is for the Zakir of Allah", then Quran does
mention the often repeated seven verses (Sura Fateha). Quran does mention reciting of Tasbih after
Sajood (Adbar ussajood);
One thing you must understand that "practices" of Prophet(PBUH) travelled from generation to
generation. Even when your preferred Trimidi, Bukhairi and Ibne Maja were not there. I myself learned
the Salaat from the practice of my elders and people around me.
You Can offer as much Nawafl as possible without any restriction.
Quran is the only and ultimate guidance and unanimous guidance.
