But you still need a PPL to fly it. Mostly useful to Americans and some Europeans who are leaps and bounds ahead in general aviation. With 1000s of GA airports and communities built on airports where you can actually use your own plane to go places, land it, taxi to your house and park it in the garage, because you own a house on the airport and then get in the car and go out into town.
