Pakistan can have a lot of investment if law and order improve and Rupee devalue stabilize, these 2 are not possible with this Govt.

اچھا آئیڈیا ہے۔۔ ۔ فیصل آباد میں گھنٹہ گھر کے جو آٹھ بازار ہیں، وہ ایک شاندار بزنس ماڈل ہے۔۔ لیکن مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ نئے لوگوں کے لیے وہاں کام شروع کرنا بہت مشکل ہے۔۔ ۔ تو نئے بزنس حب ضرور بننے چایئیں ۔۔۔
ل نہ ہی تو ان کی ول ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی حکمت عملی ہے۔۔ ۔۔ جس شو باز شریف کا آپ ذکر کر رہے ہیں۔۔۔۔اس نے 37 ہزار کے لیپ ٹاپ بانٹے ہیں۔۔ ۔۔ انہی پیسوں سے وہ بے شمار جوانوں کے روزگار مہیا کر کے دے سکتا تھا۔۔۔ ۔ لیکن ترجیحات کا فرق ہے۔۔۔۔ اس کی ترجیح یہ ہے ہی نہیں۔۔ ۔
انشائ اللہ چیزیں بہتر ہونی ہیں۔۔ جن شہروں کا آپ نے ذکر کیا وہ بالکل سونے کی کانیں ہیں ۔۔۔ یہ لوگ صرف بجلی پانی کا ہی مسئیلہ حل کر دیں تو حالات کہیں بہتر ہو جائیں گے۔۔ ۔

mere bhai aap jitna kuch karlo jab tak aman amaan ka prob solve nai hota us waqt na investment hogi na business hoga.
Business men is leaving from Pakistan. One of the business tycoon of karachi nisar shikhani has left pakistan and invested 300 milliion in the first phase in bangladesh but last year he died in bangladesh due to illness and all of his family members have shifted to bangladesh and with drew all of their investment from pakistan.
why they are going to bangladesh because
bangladesh is giving cheap and non stop electricity to industry
there are industrial parks which has its own security, surrounded by boundry walls
abundance of cheap labour
govt is taking personal interest in solving industrial matters
establishment of industrial police and industrial courts
no concept of extortion(bhatta) and party fund
govt facilitate investors and encourage business man to start and establish business
introduction of online tax system no need of middleman

My introduction is just that I'm a simple Pakistani and I have great sympathy for my country in my heart & I feel pain for my people. Sindhi, Punjabi, Pakhtoon, Baloch, Saraiki, Hazaar aawaal, Urdu speaking (Their elders sacrificed their lives for Pakistan) They're all beautiful to me. I have nothing to do with MQM or Altaf Hussain. I'm a die-hard worker of PTI, the only political party which will save Pakistan is PTI & the other so-called political party's; basically they are not political party's, they are mafias who have paralysed all of Pakistan, also have took over the businesses in Pakistan. So I'm just trying my best to find a way for Pakistani youth to get rid of this darkness. I have no idea why you are being racist, I think you are not Pakistani; you could be an enemy of Pakistan. I am talking on a serious issue for my country, you are moving away from the topic and talking about something which is completely irrelevant to this. If you trying to make me move away from my noble cause for my country, you are wrong because no one can side track me from my cause; I will fight for my country till my last breath of my life !!! :pakistan-flag-wavinIts failed business idea as manufacturer and producers cant be involved in retail.We are seeing textile manufacturers getting heavily involved in retail and opening up exclusively their own retail outlet,No doubt retail is very lucurative but for 2 reason it will change in future.
1, Textile manufacturer cant find enough retail space for their vast product line so they have to invest more money into retail sector so their product is visible and available to customer.Retail sector is rapidly changing in Pakistan,It may take up to 5 -10 years,but eventuly it will have enough retail space for every ones products and we will see big manufacturer making their exit,by either selling their stores or coming to arrangements for instore concessions.
2,Its a very unethical and unhealthy business practice but due to reasons explained above businesses are forced to take this route and they will get out once more people invest and bring reatil business standards up.Manufacturer will be more then happy to get their huge investment out of retail and back into manufacturing and that may be totaly different product manufacturing then what they are normaly making.
Reatil sector in Pakistan has been very badly neglected but due to change in demographies in Pakistan it will yes it wil very rapidly expande.
What he is asking above is Law and order,ie security issue to get better.I very strongly believe if security concerns lower then retail will EXPLODE.
Yes it will explode, and Utility Stores which are for ever failing to deliver to its customers will become $billion dollor business overnite.
