P.S: I face this situation very often when working with people from Siemens/Airbus, and this is not just a comedy video clip, its reality.
People in big corporations are often so idiot that the experts freak out.

But on a serious note - Sometimes the people in the thick of the things have inhibitions which can only be broken by generalists who think out of the box and are more concerned about the 'product' as such rather than the technical aspects. Necessity is the mother of invention.
