Rs 13 billion is education budget .. or u can call it .. education expansion budget .. but what abt existing govt schools? their teachers and salaries .. over all education budget is even higher than 66 it is close to 102b .. read todays Tribune report on it .. with establishment of technical university vocational training , Jawan Markaz and other educational projects overall budget will be close to 102b
