Israel got technology from America and western Europe.Israel has the biggest spy network which steals technology from western countries.People may not know this but Israel stole the blueprints of French Mirage fighter (from Switzerland) in late 1960s.A lot of advanced technology is shared by America and Israel eg production of F-35 is shared with Israel.The computer science technology in Israel is a spin off from Silicon Valley and Massachusetts rout 128.Jews who migrated from Russia and other European countries are another factor.They provide additional highly qualified scientists.
Don't get me wrong Jews know the importance of education.Their population is very small but the proportion of scientists who of Jewish origin is very high(as a percentage of their population).Israel ,a tiny country with a population of 8m has 11 good quality universities.I believe Israel is 5th most innovative country.The Arabs have trillions of dollars but can't produce anything because education was never a priority for them.Arabs are happy to visit casinos in London and spend money on escorts.
