I dont agree at all. ANP is till its ears in corruption. I personally know of Bilors wife throwing actual orphans onto the streets to do Qabza of an Orphanages land. It cant get worse then that.The corruption in KPK is easily much worse then any other province.
The difference is that people have a very low expectation from the government to begin with.

ANP in Karachi is basically a criminal enterprise with militants, bhatta khors, target killer, drug peddlers and what not.
In the 80's and early nineties they were routinely conducting bombing and killings for KHAD in buses refugee camps etc.


Post 2001 they jumped form the Russian Godi into the American godi.
ANP has basically cheer lead every operation into tribal area in swat. In many instances they have on purpose scuttled peace deals, just to keep the Army engaged and out of their hair.

In WIKILEAKS Peshawar consulate cables its pretty clear that Afrasiyab Khattak is almost a CIA asset.
At every turn they have encouraged more spillage of blood, more drone attacks more military interventions etc.
Its also clear that the election were rigged in their favour by Mushi after they struck a deal in 2004.
I remember pretty well how they flooded Peshwar with their banners and adds all at once.
All of their families now have big businesses in Dubai, AbuDhabi.
From the litrally sacks of dollars being delivered out of US consulate.
