Graveyard can be moved. Even in villages people move graveyards when their is a landsliding or they want to build any path through graves. Why this graveyard can not be moved? Because they were shias and shias dead can not be move under shia religion?

In our society, graveyards are of great significance. Only in extreme conditions, entire graveyard should be moved NOT FOR BLOODY TRAIN LINE STATION.
