jinnah knew what exactly islamic way of life was for which he created pakistan but he was also aware of problems in the way of achieving that. The main thing was ignorance in muslim community and then control of political elite and then their supporter mullahs.

So long as we do nothing to educate each other pakistan will remain as it is. so all efforts must be concentrated in education of masses not through money but self help through brotherhood.
