On the other hand I accept such deplorable caste phenomenon does exist in our culture. There is caste system even within Muslims of India. This has nothing to do with Sanatan Dharma (hinduism). it was just a part of our culture. It has largely diminished now. Constitution of India has clear rules regarding that. India had president from Dalit background and current chief minister of most populated state of India is a Dalit. Indian society always strives to better themselves. Hopefully next generation of Indians will only learn about dalits from history books only. India is one of the largest welfare state that provides for reservation for those communities because of which condition of those communities have markedly improved in last 25 years. I understand your feelings and I am thankful to Pakistanis for you feeling for our Dalits as most of your ancestors must have been dalits before conversion.
