Simple Step to control Dollar exchange rate

I am proposing following action which can have quick effect on dollar rising exchange rate.

• Only Non Residents should have Dollar accounts in Pakistan banks. Banks already have status of any citizen status (Resident or Non Resident) Non resident are Pakistanis having NICOP and staying abroad for Work, Study or permanent settlement. State Bank should give a deadline to close Dollar Bank accounts of local residents in Pakistan. If they need to send dollars abroad for any reason, they can do it by PKR accounts or Western Union

I am sure this action can affect exchange rate by 10-15 rupees immediately.

What about the dollars kept under mattresses? Confiscate them? under which law? No country in the world bans people from holding forex but you genius are gng to make Paksitan the first one so that more panic is created and the blackmarket value goes even higher? In UAE anyone can come and go with up to 30,000$ ....you can open forex accounts...that is how FREE economies operate and that is why that tiny countries economy is bigger than ours....the UAE passport is the most powerful passport in the world now.....they msut have done something right

Bhai Jan ap itna na sochain tur apni education par dehan dain. Jin ka kaam hai un ko karnay dain. Apki suggestion theek nahi hai. Kyun theek nahi is kay liyai apko aik businessman aur exporter ya importer hona zaroori hai.

People will start hiding dollars at home and then we will have a bigger black money economy. This is not a good idea in my point of view. We should focus on the actual problem rather than curing the effects of a disease.
