If all members request for their threads not to be merged for few hours,will be difficult to keep track of all those threads...

With all due respect and support to siasat.pk MODs, you find any similarity in both threads ?
Merging with 1 month old thread ? According to this logic, I guess 70% thread MUST be merged. Anyways, I knew the pain of MODs but sometimes MODs also commit mistakes.
