Yes, And Peshawar High court has already given its verdict, that if a country is violating your soveriegnity you should stop logistical and other support to it. So PTI stance would be stronger with the PHC verdict.

BUT, it is mandate of KPK assembly and this issue must be discussed and settled in KPK assembly on monday 4th of November. Then discuss the matter with Federal Govt. and move a resolution in National Assembly.
Pakistan can do only 1 thing to pressurize USA, and that is halting NATO supply, use this option wisely coz we've only this one. Gan-ja doesn't 've courage to handle U.S.A, and there may be mess.
PTI is not scared of anything. But Federal Govt. and Provincial Govt., Pak Army and Judiciary must be on same page.
One thing is very clear, U.S.A will never get Pakistan settle and enjoy cease-fire with militants operating in FATA and rest of Pakistan. They want to engage Pak-Army within Pakistan to create space for India in Afghanistan. We don't want war on our land, we'll settle our issues with Pakistani Taliban and militant wings, we'll resolve matters by cease-fire and peace talks, who the hell is U.S.A striking and operating on our territory, that is violation of international borders. We'll operate our way, we'll devise structure of talks ourselves.
IK told even before A.P.C that whenever we'll go for peace talks, drone strike will halt the process, and see now! Though FATA is not under proper control of federal govt., still its part of Pakistan, and govt. of Pakistan and Pak army will and must settle issues there, Karzai government is backing T.T.P (Afghanistan / INDIA, ISRAEL / USA) are doing all this and backing T.T.P, and randomly kill one of their leaders to create more confusion). Why didn't they kill Hakimullah since August 2009????

He and PTI already made big announcment so he has no other choice but to go for it. Even if KPK is not authroized to block, they can use the HC verdict and go ahead. The ball will be in noora and SC court then and I am sure it will be hard for them to reverse the decision as majority of awam will be on PTI side against NATO. If noora, army or SC reverse the decision of KPK then they can kiss good bye to their image in the eyes of awam. WIN-WIN situation for IK and he can continue the pressure on center afterwards.
