Accounts were opened in Uk without their conscent. Kia baat hai. UK used to be like Afghanistan before.

Sir, accounts were opened in Pakistan, these accounts were mentioned in 90's BBC documentary.

Again accounts were opened on these bahi jan name but where is NS name? You have to link NS with this whole new story otherwise it will go in trash bin. SC is not interested in these bahi jan story but they are interested in seeing evidence clearly linking NS. With these sort of stories you cannot even convict a peon or clerk ket alone elected prime minister.

Also remember NS was in power and popular politician with biggest party and ge has many friends and enemy and thousands of people will say things against and in favor of NS but court needs an evidence.

Loans were obtained through those accounts for Sharif family's Hudabia Paper mill, whose directors include Nawaz's son, daughter and wife.

There has never been a free impartial and thorough investigation of Sharif family's corruption.I don't know about the present judiciary but it is a fact that many judges were bought by Nawaz in the past.The former chief justice Sajad Ali Shah has confirmed this.The previous court decisions have no meaning if the decisions were not based on facts and legal norms.There is no doubt that Nawaz laundered money illegally to different overseas countries.The money was stolen from Pakistan.If this was not the case then I am sure Nawaz would have provided a full money trail with documents by now.

Do a little review of your history thing. All those investigations and trials were done under Musharraf, which could never be favorable to Sharifs. Enough of this baseless tirade against Sharifs, it is time now for PTI to prove its allegations or just plain shut up.

Khooo, it is the family member of a family whose passports were used without consent to open fake bank account. It is not an evidence of document, it is a personal testification that a crime was committed to open the accounts without consent and then those accounts used to obtain the loans by deceit. This is a death nail for the Noora's if Pakistan has any judiciary worth the its salt.

Idiots like you can keep BS, aren't going to make an iota of difference. We all know what the score is and your Sharifs are certified criminals. I have been saying this a long time they should get hold of Ishaq he has committed the crime to open fake accounts, from it the whole web of deceit would be exposed.

سوالنمبر۳۔ اگر پیسہ بینک سے بھیجا گیا تھا تو اس پر ٹیکس کی چوری کیسے ثابت ہوتی ہے، بینک کی ٹرانزکشن پر تو ٹیکس ادا ہوتا ہی ہے؟
سوالنبر ۴۔ کیا ڈار صاحب کو ہنڈی کا طریقہ استعمال کا نہیں پتہ تھا؟
سوالنبمر ۵۔ کیا کبھی کسی نے بینک اکاوٗنٹ صرف پاسپورٹ کی فوٹوکاپی پر بھی کھولا ہے یا اس کے لیئے بینک کا فارم پر کرنا بھی ضروری ہوتا ہے، جس میں اپنے دستخط کے نمونے اور انگوٹھے کے نشانات کی بھی ضرورت ہوتی ہے؟ وہ دستاویزات تو پھر کمیشن ہی پیدا کروا سکتا ہے۔ ​

Don't worry Nooras back up plan is already in action as they know they have been caught with their pants down , now they are adding a new amendment with basically they can appeal any SC judgement and then keep stretching it until 2018 and until the appeal process runs out the judgement cannot be implemented i.e PM disqualification cannot be implemented even if SC has ordered it, also taking away suo moto powers of the SC, just in case if they escape Panama the SC does not take up any suo moto action against them.
