Chief justice nay aik aisay case ka suo moto notice lay liya hai jis k wazeh saboot nahi mil rahay lakin aik case jis ki video sari dunya nay daikhi....jis main aik mazoor bakery mulazim ko wehshiana tashadud ka nishana banaya gaya aur mujrimaan ka koi kuch na bighar saka...akhir CJ nay uska suo moto kiun nahi liya? Ye na mukamal insaf kiun? Hakoomat Swiss govt ko letter na likhay tao prime minister na ehal ho jata hai aur ager hakoomat asghar khan case k faisalay k mutabiq FIA say sharif brothers k khilaf koi kerwai na kerwaye tao koi suo moto nahi....akhir aisa kiun?

you stupid ho ya keya ho....Chief justice to is soorat mein suo moto action leta hai jab govt act na karey....bakery case mein govt ney act keya ...case chala ...gariftar hoa case abhi tak court mein hai to phir chief justice ka keya jawaz banta hai...apna demagh kholo fazol qisam kee criticism karney key adat sey baaz ajao...aap ko bahana chahey chief justice ko malaim karney key leyey ya phir aap ko bahana chahey kisi bhi tarah mukhalif partion ko....

یقینن لینا چاہیے تھا . گو کے یہ کام پولیس اور حکومت کا ہے پر وہ نکمے ہیں . دوسرا شاہد اس اندھیر نگری میں دوسرے وڈیرے بھی سوچیں کے شاہد انسے بڑا ینی کے الله اور اسکے کچھ کام کرنے والے بندے بھی ہیں

Good stance taken by SC. Though I dont consider this case of much importance. What I'm wondering is that why there's no accountability of government officials for not taking steps against daily dying in Karachi? Just because those victims don't belong to upper class families or their fathers and uncles are not influential?

Shahzeb Khan murder: Police arrest prime suspect Siraj Talpur

پولیس نے شاہ زیب قتل کیس کے مرکزی ملزمان سراج تالپوراور سجاد کو گرفتار کرلیا گیا ہے۔

پولیس نے مورو سے شاہ زیب قتل کیس میں نامزد ملزمان سراج تالپور اور سجاد تالپور کوگرفتارکرلیا اور جس گاڑی سے شاہ زیب خان پرفائرنگ کی وہ بھی برآمد کرلی گئی ہے.

واضح رہے کہ شاہ زیب خان کو کراچی کے علاقے ڈیفنس میں فائرنگ کرکے قتل کردیا گیا لیکن فائرنگ کرنے والے ملزمان شاہ رخ جتوئی اورسراج تالپورکے خاندان کا اثرورسوخ ہونے کے باعث ایف آئی آردرج نہیں کی جارہی تھی جوبعد ازاں رکن قومی اسمبلی نبیل گبول کی مداخلت پردرج کرلی گئی تاہم پولیس نے اس دوران کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی۔

شاہ زیب خان کے قتل کے واقعہ پرمیڈیا اورسول سوسائٹی کے شدید احتجاج کے بعد چیف جسٹس افتخارمحمد چوہدری نے ازخود نوٹس لیتے ہوئے کل کیس کی سماعت کے دوران کہا تھا اگرسندھ پولیس نے نامزد ملزمان کو 24 گھنٹے میں گرفتار نہ کیا تو پھر پولیس کے اعلیٰ حکام اپنی گرفتاریوں اوربرطرفیوں کے لئے بھی تیارہوجائیں۔

دوسری جانب ایف آئی اے ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ شاہ زیب خان کے قتل میں ملوث دوسرا اہم ملزم شاہ رخ جتوئی بیرون ملک فرارنہیں ہوا وہ پاکستان میں ہی کہیں چھپا ہوا ہے۔

Police arrested Siraj Talpur – one of the suspects in Shahzeb Khan’s murder case – on Saturday, Express News reported.

The other suspect, Shahrukh Jatoi, is still at large.


Shahzeb was shot dead near his home in Defence last week. A popular student and son of DSP Aurangzaib, Shahzeb’s murder created an uproar in civil society.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on January 1 took suo motu notice of the murder and ordered for a report to be presented in court.

Background

Shahzeb was killed allegedly by Shahrukh Jatoi near Mubarak Masjid in DHA on December 25.

The killing resulted from a small argument he had with Talpur, when the latter’s servant verbally harassed his sister.

Talpur and his friend, Jatoi, allegedly followed Shahzeb, even after the issue was settled, and shot him dead.

Shahzeb Khan case: Shahrukh Jatoi still in Pakistan, FIA sources say


Earlier believed to have fled the country, Shahrukh Jatoi, is still in Pakistan,Express News quoted Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sources as saying Saturday.


Shahrukh Jatoi, the prime suspect in Shahzeb Khan’s murder had, according to earlier reports, fled to the UAE on December 27.

New evidence however, suggests otherwise.

The documents taken from Shahrukh Jatoi’s father pertaining to his travel have revealed that he is still in Pakistan, the FIA source said.

According to the source, the documents saying he had gone to the UAE were fake.

Raids have been conducted in Karachi and Islamabad but no one has been caught yet, suggesting that the perpetrators might be tipped off.

Shahrukh Jatoi is wanted for allegedly gunning down 20-year-old Shahzeb over a small argument.

Both Shahrukh Jatoi and Siraj Talpur are wanted by the police as they are the prime suspects in the case.

The Supreme Court took suo motu notice of the case after the news spread that influential people were creating hurdles in their arrest.

In its first hearing, the police were ordered to arrest the suspects within 24 hours or risk losing their jobs.
