اسلام آ باد: سپریم کورٹ میں شاہ زیب قتل کیس کی سماعت کے موقع پر چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ شاہ رخ کو سزائے موت سے بچانے کے لئے نابالغ قرار دیا جارہا ہے، کوئی بڑا آدمی نہ سمجےکہ قانون کی گرفت سے بچ جائیگا۔چیف جسٹس افتخارمحمد چوہدری کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بنچ نےشاہ زیب قتل کیس کی سماعت کی، دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ یہ تاثردورہوناچاہئیےکہ بااثرملزموں کوسزانہیں ملتی لوگ باتیں کررہے تھے کہ شاہ رخ کیسے باہر گیا کس نے بھجوایا کیا کارروائی ہوئی جس پرعدالت نےنوٹس لیا۔اس موقع پرڈی آئی جی سندھ شاہد حیات نےعدالت کوبتایا کہ شاہ رخ 27 دسمبر کو باہر گیا جس پرچیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ ایکسپریس نیوز کے پروگرام میں سکندرجتوئی نے کہا کہ اس کا بیٹا 25 دسمبر کوباہرگیا، والد نےاپنے بیٹےکے زخمی ہونےاورکلینک جانےکا بھی بتایا تھا۔چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ شاہ زیب کی بہن کو چھیڑا گیا اور الٹا وہی قتل ہو گیا کیس کسی انسپکٹر پر چھوڑ کر بیٹھ جائیں گے تو ذمہ دار آپ ہونگے ہمیں باہر جانے کی دستاویزات دکھائی جائیں، انہوں نے ڈی آئی جی سندھ سے کہا کہ آپ کو چاہئیےتھا کہ فرار کروانے والے کو گرفتار کرتے، چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ ایف آئی اے رپورٹ سے واضح ہے کہ پولیس نے شاہ رخ کو پاسپورٹ فراہم کئے اور اب شاہ رخ کو نابالغ قرار دلایا جارہا ہے۔جسٹس گلزار احمد نےریمارکس دئیےکہ پولیس کے علاوہ ہر شخص جانتا ہے کہ شاہ زیب کے قاتل کون ہیں، آپ کو تو اس نوجوان کو سراہنا چاہیے جس نے اپنے پروگرام میں کیس کی تفتیش کی۔ڈی آئی جی کا کہنا تھا شاہ رخ کو آئی ڈی کارڈ نمبر تو جاری ہوا مگر اس پر اس کی تصویر نہیں اگر وہ اٹھارہ سال کا نہیں تو آئی ڈی کارڈ نمبر کیسے جاری ہوا اس کی بھی تفتیش جاری ہے، جواب میں چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اگر کوئی یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اسے چھوٹ مل جائے گی تو ایسا نہیں ہو گا خواہ کوئی کتنا بااثر ہو قانون کا عمل نہیں رکے گا۔کیس کی تفتیش کرنے والے انسپکٹر مبین کا کہنا تھا کہ شاہ رخ کو پستول سلمان جتوئی نے دیا،عدالت نے شاہ زیب قتل کیس کی سماعت 4 فروری تک ملتوی کرتے ہوئے پولیس کو پیش رفت رپورٹ پیش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا

اسلام آباد : سپریم کورٹ میں شاہ زیب قتل کیس کی سماعت ہوئی ،کیس کی سماعت چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کی سربراہی3رکنی بینچ نے کی، سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ تاثر دور ہونا چاہیے کہ بااثر ملزمان کو سزا نہیں ملتی، اللہ کا شکر ہے کہ پاکستان میں قانون اور ادارے موجود ہیں،چیف جسٹس نے ڈ ی آئی جی شاہد حیات کو مخاطب کرکے کہاکہ آپ نے تفتیش سب انسپکٹر پر چھوڑ دی،کوئی غلطی ہوئی توذمہ دار آپ ہوں گے،آپ نے اللہ کو بھی جواب دینا ہے ،چیف جسٹس نے استفسار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ دستاویزات قبضے میں لی گئیں جن پر شاہ رخ نے بیرون ملک سفر کیا، اس ڈی آئی جی شاہد حیات نے جواب دیا کہ وہ دستاویزات ٹریولنگ ایجنسی کے پاس ہیں، یہ ایف آئی اے کا کام ہے کہ وہ پتہ چلائے کہ شاہ رخ جتوئی کیسے باہر گیا۔چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ یہ کیس ایسی مثال ہونا چاہیے کہ آیندہ ایسا ہوا تو ملزمان بچ نہیں سکیں گے آپ کو چاہیے تھا کہ شاہ رخ کو فرار کرانے والوں کو گرفتار کراتے، جسٹس گلزار احمد نے ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ پولیس سب سے غافل ادارہ ہے،پولیس کے سوا ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ شاہ زیب کے قاتل کون ہیں۔چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ کیا پتہ پولیس نے خود شاہ رخ جتوئی کو نابالغ ڈکلیئر کر دیا ہو،اورڈی آئی جی سے استفسار کیا کہ کیا آپ نے شاہ رخ جتوئی کی تعلیمی اسناد دیکھیں،اس پر ڈی آئی جی نے جواب دیا کہ شاہ رخ کو شناختی کارڈ نمبر جاری ہوا لیکن تصویر نہیں ہے ، تحقیقات کر رہے ہیں کہ شاہ رخ 18 سال کا نہیں تو شناختی کارڈ نمبر کیسے ملا،شاہ رخ جتوئی کے پاسپورٹ پر تاریخ پیدائش 22 نومبر 1995درج ہے۔چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ تحقیقات شفاف انداز میں ہونی چاہئیں،خواہ کوئی کتنا ہی بااثر کیوں نہ ہو، قانون کا عمل نہیں رکے گا۔بعدازاں کیس کی سماعت4فروری تک ملتوی کردی گئی۔

Killers Of Shahzaib Should Be Arrested Without Delay: Altaf Hussain

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has urged on the federal and provincial governments to arrest the killers of Shahzaib without further delay. He said it is unfortunate that the killers of Shahzaib have not been arrested so far only because they belonged to influential feudal families. He said that these corrupt and callous feudal lords kill innocent people and later impute to be the outcome of personal feuds.
Mr Hussain said that there is a state of restiveness in the citizens, particularly the younger generation, because of the fact that no action was taken against the killers. He said that the time is not far when the younger generation would come out against the cruelties of the feudal lords and pull down their palatial abodes.
He said that the government must bring the killers to justice even if they belonged to highly influential families. He expressed sympathies to the bereaved family of Shahzaib and prayed Allah to shower His blessings on his soul.

A friend of mine just told me that Jatoi has got a VIP room with attached bath in Landhi Jail along with LCD, Room AC, his own mattress, cloths, food from KFC / Mc Donalds or Pizza Hut ..... and police will serve him whatever he wants. Per day charges Rs. 15000/- paid to In-charge Juvenile Jail, Landhi, Karachi

نابالغ ثابت کرنا تو معمولی بات ہے یہ لوگ اس کو دودھ پیتا بچہ بھی ثابت کرکے دکھا سکتے ہیں

نابالغ سے مسلہُ حل نہیں ہوگا .... دونوں ہاتھوں میں فالج اور اندھا بھی ثابت کرنا پڑے تو یہ نامعقول کر دیں گے... پولیس سمیت سارے سرکاری افسر "خون بہا" لینے کے لئے تیار بیٹھے ہیں

Bhai passport to bachon ka bhi ban sakta hai albata ID card nahi ban sakta.

how he carries a Passport if he is under 18.....????

This culprit must be hanged...if the justice denied in this case then the brotherhood will dye or non of the sister will complain for their dignity to brother!! By this case society can be made or destroyed.

if he is under age how could he get license for weapon and driving has any case for ill eagle driving and ill eagle keeping of weapon been registered against him? now the court and judges r on trial. why not an other opinion about his age confirmation be obtained from a impartial medical board.
