SC suspends membership of PTIs MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan in fake degree case

سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے جعلی ڈگری کیس میں تحریک انصاف سے تعلق رکھنے والے رکن قومی اسمبلی غلام سرور خان کی رکنیت معطل کردی۔


راجا قمر نامی درخواست گزار نے غلام سرور خان کی رکنیت کو چیلنج کیا تھا۔


جمعرات کو عدالت عظمی میں چیف جسٹس کی سربراہی میں بینچ نے کیس کی سماعت کی۔


عدالت نے کیس کی سماعت کے دوران ریمارکس دیے کہ ایچ ای سی یعنی ہایئر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے ریکارڈ کے مطابق غلام سرور کی ڈگری غیر مصدقہ ہے لہذا ان کے اسناد کی تصدیق تک اسمبلی رکنیت معطل رہے گی۔


اس موقع پر عدالت عظمی نے لاہور ہائی کورٹ حکم دیا کہ وہ جعلی ڈگری کیس سے غلام سرور خان کے کیس جلد نمٹائے۔


یاد رہے کہ غلام سرور خان تحریک انصاف کے ٹکٹ پر راولپنڈی کے حلقہ این اے 53 سے رکن منتخب ہوئے ہیں اور ان کے خلاف لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں جعلی ڈگری کا مقدمہ چل رہا ہے۔​

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has suspended the membership of National Assembly member Ghulam Sarwar Khan for holding fake degree.


The academic credentials of Ghulam Sarwar Khan were challenged by the petitioner Raja Qamar.


The apex court also directed the Lahore High Court to dispose the case of PTIs Ghulam Sarwar Khan immediately.

اگر واقع ہی جعلی ڈگری ہے تو پھر اسکو پارٹی سے بھی فارغ کردیا جائے۔

شریفوں کے مخالفوں کے خلاف جب کوئی کیس ہو تو یہ عدالتیں فیصلہ کرنے کے اعتبار سے دنیا کی تیز ترین عدالتیں بن جاتی ہیں اور جب حالات اس کے برعکس ہوں تو یہی عدالتیں فیصلہ صادر کرنے کیلئے کئی دہایاں صرف کر دیتی ہیں۔

This is the personal vendetta of Choi Nisar Ali Khan who got a whopping up his arse by Sarwar Khan in the recent elections. The people of NA-53 clearly rejected PML(Nihari) and Chooi Nisra uef Mr. Bean. That's why they gifted both the PA seats and 1 NA seat to PTI and Imran Khan despite of worst rigging and even buying the polling staff and Returning officers by Na-Ahel league.

These Nihari league guys are coward. They can only come in assembly through rigging and making alliance with establishment because no one likes these suckers. The act is that Choi Nisar also lost from Pindi Dhamial by a 30 year old Electrical enginner wasiq Qayyum Abbasi. Chooi Nisar was contesting on the symbol of Cow (guy) ( see the cowardliness of Mr. Bean) and due to worst rigging, Choi nisar managed to win by a margin of 2000 votes when insitally Wasiq Had actually won.

If Sawar Khan's degree was fake, why was he even allowed by the election commission? But I am happy .This will further weaken Na-Ahel league in Pindi region. People are already cursing them because of taxes and inflation and finally they are getting to show the real face of these looters
