In this way..whole judiciary should be sacked becoz they failed to deliver justice to the poor since more than 50 years..Why we paid whole Army of these judges who couldn't deliver justice??

SC, High Court, and lower courts have long been ineffective and people are not getting timely justice due to lack of competence of our so called judge. On the same standard, the government should not dismiss all judges ?

Can anyone tells CJ and SC judges that world supper power countries are failed to stop spread of C virus??Most developed countries are hopeless...
while economy trouble Pakistan did good tackle the virus than to wolrd powerfull countries.. Remember..USA.Italy. .Spain..Garmany.Canada..UK and Pakistan detection First case of C virus almost same time...

Chief Justice is also useless against lower judiciary.........What he can do? I think nothing...........

To strengthen CJ, legal amendments are required which are not possible in the current situation. N-League had to chance to do, but N-League is beneficiary of this system.

Anyways he is doing good by pushing the Government.

First cases related to Government shall only be heard in Supreme Court. There shall be no other platform. If CJ needs more judges, Government shall provide funds. This will increase Government efficiency by miles.

Each case shall be decided in weeks time without any sympathy..............

Here what is happening, first people get relief from lower courts, after years people get relief from high courts, after people go to supreme courts...........so one generation dies in this period..................

CJ sb please this is not fair with this government they are doing very well with limited resources day and night and you are trying to discrediting their efforts give them some time and if they are not doing enough give them suggestion and concentrate on your own judiciary matters where 90% public is suffering due to corrupt nexus of judges,advocates and police.
