2016 Marshal Law + Plus to save Pakistan from corruption and economic terrorism.

Imran khan is no match against these powerful corrupt politicians. They can win any election, they will use the corrupt system and their money to buy election commission officials, Lawyers, Judges and agencies. These corrupt politicians will continue to take turns, PMLN will continue to win Punjab and PPP will win Sindh. In 2018, PMLN and PPP will forum a government together to completely bankrupt Pakistan. We have no choice but take some drastic steps to save Pakistan.

Dissolution of Provincial government and make it one unit including Fata and Northern Area, excluding Azad Kashmir.


(We need to united Pakistan. Currently, it's not united, Punjab belongs to PMLN/Nawaz Sharif, Sindh belong to PPP/Zardari, KPK belong to PTI/Imran Khan).

Create a law to impeach The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the Pakistan. According to this law they can be Impeach and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Decentralization of Government from federal to union council level.


Strong Anti-Corruption Policies


Setup strict laws against corruption and those who are supporting it.


Pakistan must adopt a zero tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption and money laundry.


Must have multi-Pronged approach to mitigate such risks


All government personnel (anyone working for government office) must go through rigrous process to verify background check, on top of that he or she must declare annual assets.


All government employ should provide weekly work update to their supervisor/manager (this is to prevent ghost employees)


Automated the process to reduce corruption and departmental cost.

Restructured FBR by making meaningful reforms.

Pakistan must make National Accountability Bureau (apex anti-corruption organization) completely independent from political influence.

Mandatory education from ages 5 to 18 (12th grade).


Strict privatization laws to protect the national interest of Pakistan

Every administrative unit should have its own police/law enforcement system.

First offensive, 10 lashes and 3 months in Jail.
Second offence, 25 lashes and 6 months in Jail.
Third offence, 50 lashes and 2 years in Jail.
Fourth offence, 100 lashes and 10 years in jail.
Any group or individual cant call other sect Kafir.
If they call other kafir, they will have to proof that in an international Islamic court that individual or group is Kafir.

Our borders must be protected 24/7, we must not allow terrorist to enter Pakistan.

پاکستان کی اصل آزاد حکومت وہی ہو گی، جو ان بینکوں اور ممالک سے کہے گی کہ قرضہ انہی سے وصول کرو، جن کو دیا تھا۔
ویسے بھی جو قرضہ دیا جاتا ہے، وہ گھوم پھر کر واپس ڈونر کے پاس سوئس، پانامہ وغیرہ میں پہنچ جاتا ہے۔

In my personal opinion Marshal Law+ Plan is the only way to fix current Pakistani problems, and it will help completely revamp the government and political system. We must institutionalize the political parties, and parties should not belong to an ethnic group or corrupt politicians. Even though I don't' agree with Musharraf but I think he is correct when he talks about building custom government system that fits our need.


Presidential system with 5 tiers system(This is a decentralization of power and not a duplication of power)
1) Federal government
2) 30 - 31 Divisions - Divisional government (These is an option to eliminate provincial government and focus on developing division government)
3) 149 districts(zillahs) - Zillah/district council
4) 588 sub-districts (tehsils) - Tehsil council
5) several thousand union councils.
