Pakistan is the ONLY highly centralized democracy in the world with One PM, 4 CMs, & 4 IGs. This is the root cause of all social, economic, civic, and security problems. 5 people can not control the whole country. Pakistan needs 6000 mayors, like China's 47,000 mayors, Turkey 3000 and USA 19,700 mayors responsible for people security and economic development. Unless this rotten 1850s system is replaced with modern democracy, nothing will change. Country will be going down day by day. 20+ families control 100% assembly, 80% revenues, and whole country's future, while democracy has only produced two family rule. 6000 Mayors with local policing, elected President, (No PM & CMs) and 35 provinces will give much needed security and development to people. Otherwise this will be ALL TALK and no real solution. Allah will destroy all looters and corrupt. Inshallah.
