When other parties complain, tribunals order recount, repoll or whatever.
When PMLN candidate complained, tribunal reversed the poll result and declared him the winner. What the fluck once again.
And I agree, those who think they are too good for courts should go to hell. Remember the attack on supreme court? Sharifs think they are too good for the courts. Entire party should essentially be disbanded, and sent to the destination you suggested asap.

If rigging takes place isn't the entire ballot null and void? That means not only does she lose her seat, every other candidate loses their vote tally as well. Sure she is the biggest loser but overall everyone loses. :P I voted Imran Khan so he will represent my interests, instead he is out there playing dharna dharna. Never again will vote for Immi Bhai. Waise to PMLN walay bhi apne constituents ki representation kuch khas nahi ker rahay. Stupid Party politics in Pakistan. Party leader needs to have all powers removed from Him/Her. Free the Senator!
