Almost everyone in Pakistan use these slippery floor tiles. These are safety hazard. I haven't seen these kind of tiles being used in any developed country, especially in hospitals.
These tiles, however, will help them to convert more visitors into patients.

Then You need to build new hospitals. Sare Farsh Ukarr do.
At least appreciate what they are doing which was not the case before and its a free world everyone is free to give an opinion.

Justice Sahib Tiles only became slippery when they mopped it. and for that all the world they put Signs Wet Floor be careful. kia khayal hai

I think Health and Safety does not get priority during design phases. Having said that many factors come in to play when considering building materials, some of which are cast, locally availability, durability (wear and tear), easy to clean or time it takes to clean, thickness, environment Or weather resistance in the building, friction ratio to wheels etc.
I thinks these tiles are cheaper in our country compare to the "rest of the world." hence hardly used in such building there but they are used in commercial complexes where appearance is more important or flow of people is more heavier.
Although build as such should get more user friendly yet building them first is more important.
I suggest to move toward equality basses, protecting the rights of each individual (able or disable). Tactical Tiles for visually impaired people near the edges or staircases, or access to wheelchair users and so on.
If we set the benchmark for it, then it will be easier to improve it.

or kuch arsa baad awam ne iss ka wo haal kerna hai keh ye lahore ka koi sarkari hospital lagna hai.... sirf tameer hi nahi.... awam ki sauch tabdeel kerne ki bhi zaroorat hai.... jo shaid hum kerna hi nahi chahtay ya phir koi badalna hi nahi chahta... i wish they stay clean ever after
