Regi Model Town - A repost after a year

I had asked about the update regarding Regi Model Town here almost an year ago. I was told that within ONE YEAR it will be completed. But zero progress so far even after ONE YEAR. I wonder why KP govt is launching new housing schemes like Peshawar Model Town and ignoring the pending housing schemes like Regi where people have invested and are desperately waiting for its proper completion.

A few months ago, DG PDA Khushal took serious interest in this project but was readily removed for unknown reasons. Similarly Malik Saad a former DG PDA took some initiatives but he was also removed.

I request PTI govt to take serious action in resolving the disputes (only in zone 2 and 5) of Regi. CM or MPAs can sit with local elders and can resolve the disputes.

Bai jaan, special judicial commission has been formed to reach a consensus between Tribal agency and KPK govt and their decision will be final. Currently the Tribal agency is claiming that it is their land while KPK govt claims its theirs. They cannot start construction work without judicial commission decision. Hope that helps.

boss I know of that committee, I dont think that it will take an year to reach a decision. Extremely slow proceedings of JC where ONE YEAR is nothing for them to reach a decision.

Seems there needs to be more effort and attention from KPK Gov to ensure all PDA issues resolved so that people may start living here...
I think if this Regi Town project is completed in Peshawar it will provide people an alternate for better living and haytabad prices maybe forced to come down...
In any case it will be a big achievement for PTI and this is one project who's success or failure will matter in the next elections ... it is a very big scheme with 20,000 thousand plus plots ..just imagine what positive development can be achieved if this project is completed and all disputes are totally resolved...

DHA Peshawar is being launched with starting price of 6 million for file and another 1.5 million for development where as in Zone--3 ,4 of Regi prices are 3-4 million per canal file...

PTI wallon please please do some thing ....

Yar this is a disputed land for ages. The previous owners (which are not few but the people of many villages) are not agreed and they have made a dispute on it.

If this scheme takes another 10 years so in your thinking the govt should't start anoth housing scheme before 10 years?

A Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel most corrupt Man of KPK has gave stay order to many against this Project , This corrupt man threaten to Govt and has order it dont do any further construction , Talk to that man who gave Stay order against Govt to locals!!

He is against the accountability in KPK and gave bail to 90% Anti corruption unit convicted guys ,

He controlled by Islamabad through Nawaz SHarif's office, in 2017 he will be CJ of supreme court.

یار میں یہ کہہ رھا تھا کہ اگر یہ پراجیکٹ مزید 10 لیتا ہے تو کیا اسکی وجہ سے باقی پراجیکٹس شروع نہیں کیے جائینگے؟

اس پراجیکٹ میں سفید سنگ اور باقی گاوؤں کے لوگوں کا بہت پرانا دعویٰ ہے۔ اسکی وجہ سے اے این پی کے ایک سابق ایم این اے، عبد الرحمان آف کافور ڈھیری کے ایک پروفیسر بھائی عبد الغفار کا قتل بھی ہو چکا ہے۔ اب مجھے زیادہ معلوم نہیں کہ واقعی میں کیا مسٔلہ رہ گیا ہے لیکن پچھلے دنوں ایک خبر نظروں سے گزری تھی کہ ان لوگوں کا اور حکومت کے درمیاں جرگے کے ذریعے مسٔلے کو سلجھانے کی کوشش ہو رہی ہے لیکن یہ لگتا ہے یہ بہت اُلجھا ہوا مسٔلہ ہے۔

boss u r right, but IK has a repute in over Pakistan, especially Pathans. If IK can take out ONE day (i.e. an hr or 2), I am quite sure, there will be huge development in this Regi issue.

boss u r right, but IK has a repute in over Pakistan, especially Pathans. If IK can take out ONE day (i.e. an hr or 2), I am quite sure, there will be huge development in this Regi issue.

ایسے معاملات کو فرنٹ پر لانے کے لیے بنی گالہ میں عوامی اجتماع بھی ایک مناسب طریقہ ھو سکتا ھے، اگر متاثرین باھم رابطے کا فورم بنا کر صرف 4 ویگنوں میں بندے بھر لایؑیں تو معاملہ میڈیا میں اُچھل جاےؑ گا اور کے پی کے حکومت کو حرکت میں آنا پڑے گا، ایک اور طریقہ ریحام خان کے اگلے جلسہ کے بعد متاثرہ خاندانوں کی خواتین کے وفد کی ریحام خان سے ملاقات اور معاملے کی تفصیلات ان کے حوالے کرنا بھی ھو سکتا ھے

معاملہ حل کی طرف تبھی جاےؑ گا جب متاثرین باھم رابطے کی اھمیت کو سمجھیں گے اور ایک پلیٹ فارم بنا لیں گے

You mean to say a judge shouldnt give stay order if someone requests it ?????????????

I mean to say the ordinance should be amended to address the issue so that the accused are sent to jail on judicial remand rather then given bail...

اوہو!! بی مینڈکی کو پھر زکام ہو گیا؟
کچھ پتا بھی ہے اس سکیم کا یا ایوں کامنٹ کر دیا؟

یہ مسئلہ ابھی بھی عدالت میں ہے۔ کیوں کہ زمیں کا تنازعہ چلا آرہا ہے،اور یہ سکیم پی ٹی آئی کی نہیں بلکہ پی پی اور نون لیگ کی حکومتوں کی شروع کردہ تھی۔ وہاں اچھے خاصے مکانات بن چکے ہیں ۔ پانی گیس اور بجلی موجود ہے۔سیکورٹی کامسئلہ بھی بہت حد تک حل ہوچکا ہے۔
اور تم بے چاری کے پاس کوئی اور ایشو نہیں تو ڈی جے بٹ کا روگ خود کو لگا لیا۔اسے بھی پیسے مل جائیں گے تم زیادہ پریشان نہ ہو۔
بھئی ذرا باہر نکلو۔ گھوم پھر کر آجاؤ ویسے بھی موسم اچھا ہو چکا ہے جاؤشاباش ایک چکر میٹرو کا لگا آؤ۔ سُنا ہے آج تو میٹر کے ساتھ ساتھ میٹروکشتیاں بھی چل رہی ہیں

کچھ عقل سے کام لو تم شائد ریگی کا نام کھا گئی۔ یہ کمیٹی ریگی ماڈل ٹاون پر بنی ہے ۔ ماڈل ٹاون لاہور پر نہیں۔

ریگی ماڈل ٹاون اس وقت تک پشاور میں سستا ترین منصوبہ ہے جہاں اب بھی باقی ٹاون شپ کی نسبت کم قیمت ر پلاٹس دستیاب ہیں۔ یہ سکیم بہت پُرانی ہے ۔ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ یہ زمین کوکی خیل قبائل سے خریدی گئی۔ معاہدے کے بعد جوں ہی رقم ادا کی گئی۔ زمین کے بہت سے شراکت دار پیدا ہوئے۔ جنہوں نے حکومت سے رقم کا مطالبہ کیا۔ اور یوں حکومت اور کوکی خیل قبائل کے درمیان ایک طویل عدالتی مسئلے کا آغاز ہوا۔ کافی جرگو ں اور طویل عدالتی سلسلوں کے بعد بالآخر اس منصوبے پر کام کا آغاز ہو گیا۔اور لوگوں کو زمین کی الاٹمنٹ شروع ہوئی۔ اس میں ترقیاتی کام شروع ہوگئے۔ روڈز بن چکی ہیں۔ بجلی گیس اور پانی کی سہولیات موجود ہیں۔

اس جگہ ایک سینئر جج جو ہائی کورٹ کا رجسٹرار بھی رہا ہے کی زمین ہے۔ وہ گھر بنانا چاہتا تھا۔ لیکن مسائل موجود تھے۔ چنانچہ انہوں نے ہائی کورٹ میں ایک رٹ پٹیشن دائر کی۔ اس وقت کے چیف جسٹس دوست محمد خان نے اس معاملے میں کافی دلچسپی لی اور پی ڈی اے کو ترقیاتی کام مکمل کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ جس کے بعد یہاں زون تھری میں سارا کام ہوا۔ اس وقت زون تھر ی میں دو اعلیٰ عدالتوں کے جج صاحبان رہائیش پزیر ہیں۔

جب کہ متنازعہ زمین کے مسئلے پر بھی کام ہو رہا ہے۔ اور یہ بھی حل ہوجائے گا۔ کوکی خیل قبائل کا مسئلہ زمین نہیں بلکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ پیسا ہے۔ جوں ہی انہیں رقم مل جائے گی یہ مسئلہ ختم ہو جائے گا۔

Bhai I do not have plot in Zone-3 I have in Zone-4 and it is value is same for past five years where as if I have gone for Bahria 5 years ago like my Patwari friend, today I would be able to start building my house...
Koi Allah ka banda .. Kuki Kheil wallon to paisey dey key scheme on track karwa de... aab to 3million se flat bhi nahin milta ;-(
