This to some extent reflect our cultural and social gender related dilemmas. South Asian men /boys are sexually very frustrated and they always leer at women. It is uncivilized and we need to educate them that staring and leering is sexual harassment. I have personally witnessed such scenes in buses and colleges etc....and felt very bad about it. Pakistan and India are not safe for women!
