i think you are not aware of processes that take place in a court. court gives decisions on proofs presented to it.if families agreed what should court do??question is who made them agree and where are those families

Bro thats not how it works, it wasnt the Army that allowed Americans such as Raymond Davis to come in Pakistan on wholesale basis without any checking, this was the work of the government. Whatever happened in Raymond Davis case, the government is the first to be blamed. There is no Marshal Law in Pakistan, its a democracy or so they say there is, and in a democracy all responsibility is on the government. If they cant control the affairs of government then they should resign and let someone else come who is able to do so and control the Army as it is subordinate to the government.
