Is this about the capsized ship scandal?

There are two things to be noticed.

1- In Korea, it is the PRESIDENT who has the power, the prime minister is the figure head. (The President is elected, and HE appoints the Prime Minister) It would be like if in our country, Mamnoon Hussain resigned, meaningless.

2- The prime minister is back, because President couldn't find any one else to become a scapegoat, so she called him back. As I said, meaningless.

They say the owner of the unfortunate ship was very corrupt. He ignored safety laws.

If anything , it should have been the woman in charge, President Park, who should have resigned... but hahaha.
