He meant to say that FATA comes under Federal Govt not under KP. 2nd this airport is not CAA's own airport but it belongs to Airforce and the whole surrounding areas is either under Army or Airforce. I hardly see any Police there.

This Klasra is an idiot, either he doesn't know it or intentionally want to be naive.

I agree with the first part of your post.

As for the people who did it we don't know if it was indeed qabaili. So we can't just speculate that it was them. It could have been the dozen or so brotherly people we love to host :-)

Not fired from Qabaili area..... Qabaili area is far away.... One member rightly said that is Army area..... But Army is on one side of the airport, Other side is civilian population....

So the case, if any is registered, will be by the federal agencies?

The KPK police will not register a case?

IF KPK is charged with investigation then that would mean that they were in charge or responsible.

Until we know that fact you or I can't say for sure that who is responsible and the KPK police or administration is absolved of all responsibility in this case.

I have lost my sister in law and her family that accident in 1986 .... at that time it was not tribal problem ... they shoot by joke....just for fun...

اسے یہ نہیں پتہ کہ ائیرپورٹ سے 5 کلومیٹردور قبائلی علاقہ ہے ۔وہاں سے اکثر راکٹ فائر ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔

نااہلی تو سول ایوی ایشن کی ہے جنہوں نے قبائلی علاقے کے بالکل قریب ائیرپورٹ بنایا ہے اور اسے کبھی شفٹ کرنے کا نہیں سوچا۔

Mr Akal-Kul your post #20 doesn't prove anything.

You people just want to go by Book while ignoring the ground realities which are completely different. This whole area is under Army, airforce and the airport security comes under CAA not under KP police.

When such incident happened in the surrounding of Peshawar like Badda Baira, Urmar, Peshta Khara, Acheenay, Speena Warai etc. I always say that these areas are more dangerous than FATA because these areas are near to FATA so drugs and weapons smuggling is a common practice. These areas had been the hide outs of killers, other criminals and Millitants.

These areas have been ignored by previous govt due to their incompetencies and corruption in Police. So blaming one Year PTI govt in the province for all this mess is Wrong. PTI govt got every department completely destroyed and Police department was also the same so in one year PTI tried to recover the Police and their performance getting better day by day. They have to clear these areas from criminals and drug dealers but will take time.
