the software park he is posing in front is actually Musharraf and Chaudry Perwaiz project. So by naming it after Arfah, they are good at it and all they say is only for photo shoots and publicity nothing else. A word by a Muslim mean nothing to them! thats all josh e khatabat!

on the same note though, Arfah MCP is blown out of proportion though, microsoft micky mouse certification is part to blame plus her incredible learning mind to some extent.

So if this is actually Musharraf and Chaudry Perwaiz project then you shouldn't expect PMLN to complete it.
