PTI withdraws application seeking disqualification of Asif Zardari

تحریک انصاف نے پیپلز پارٹی کے صدر اور رکن قومی اسمبلی آصف علی زرداری کی نااہلی کے لیے الیکشن کمیشن میں دائر درخواست واپس لے لی۔

تحریک انصاف کے رکن سندھ اسمبلی خرم شیر زمان نے آصف علی زرداری کے خلاف 20 دسمبر کو الیکشن کمیشن میں درخواست دائر کی تھی جس میں استدعا کی گئی تھی کہ نیویارک میں اپارٹمنٹ چھپانے پر انہیں نااہل کیا جائے۔

خرم شیر زمان نے الیکشن کمیشن میں دائر اپنی درخواست اب واپس لے لی اور بعدازاں میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آصف زرداری کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ جانا چاہتا ہوں اور وہیں ان کے خلاف پٹیشن دائر کریں گے۔

تحریک انصاف نے آصف زرداری کی نااہلی کیلئے درخواست دائر کردی

خرم شیر زمان نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ آصف زرداری اب بچ نہیں سکیں گے، ہمیں ایسے شواہد مل گئے ہیں جو صرف اعلیٰ فورم پر پیش کریں گے اور کیس کو منطقی انجام تک پہنچائیں گے۔

یاد رہے کہ الیکشن کمیشن کے پانچ رکنی بینچ نے 27 دسمبر کو خرم شیر زمان کی درخواست کا جائزہ لے کر اس پر ابتدائی سماعت کی منظوری دی تھی تاہم اب ان کی جانب سے درخواست واپس لے لی گئی ہے۔

Till today, The law of conflict of interest in kpk hasn't been notified.All dramabazi, All talk, Nothing else.Where are health reforms, Police reforms, Bureaucracy reforms?.......Where are new local bodies?....Hahaha

This is the understanding:
The Chairman ECP excused himself from hearing this petition, and instead appointed a Sindhi ECP officer as head of the tribunal. The PTI rep in his meeting with the ECP head sensed that he was compromised, and there is no hope for a fair hearing, so they decided to withdraw petition from ECP and instead decided to go directly to the Supreme Court.
