PTI Proposals To PMLN Regarding Judicial Council

PTI has laid down its proposals to PMLN.

1- A 3 members judicial commission chaired by the Chief Justice.
2- The PM to resign.
3- A 3 members supreme council look after the government affairs, with powers to appoint the PM.
4- There should be monitoring of funds, any flow of secret funds should be stopped.
5- A JIT to be formed.

The proposals laid down the constitutional way for the resignation of the PM. Stating that to request the resignation of the PM is not unconstitutional.

Here is my take on these demands, I am not a PMLn person, I follow my heart and go by logic..if I can trash these demands then you can imagine what would happen to them when people who know law and politics will do with these..

1. May be ok but should not have Chief Justice as chair, because CJ is not controversial after JH's statements
2. Absolutely no resignation until something is proven against PM
3. Does this mean parliament is going to be dissolved? PM is never appointed, its elected you brain fuc*s
3. If a 3 member "council" is going to run the country than you are back to "technocrat" arrangement which is unconstitutional
4. This one is correct, but I guess PTI forgot 2 facts, 1. PMLn has reduced, rather removed many secret funds. And biggest secret fun user is ISI,
5. This is Correct
