You even don't know what conflict of interest law is and what does it means. According to conflict of interest law, anyone holding any public office(Minister, Govt Employee etc.) is not eligible to do any kind of business. Is Aleem Khan on any GOVT position in KPK? You can also get more information about this tender by requesting through right to information act introduced by KPK Govt :P

Now if you have any sense and conscience then you will stop doing fake propaganda like your Boss Pinokio Rasheed.

KPK govta and Army jointly had asked for many proposals from investors and Samson GRP had probably given the best proposal for investment..Use RTI for info and conflict of interest is Kay punjab govt is paying billions to All Shafi steel for sarya that is used in Punjab govt projects and metro when Sharif family owns this all shafi steels ....and here Samson GRP is investing in the project and giving money to kpk govt

Why not create a small team here who look at such issues in KPK utilizing the RTI law? We need two volunteers in KPK who are willing to submit RTI requests to concerned authorities in KPK. Four volunteers who develop RTI requests based on such allegations.
