This whole catastrophe should be dealt with great planning and only gov can plan that all............ relief fund would all be spent randomly and nothing would be established .... this is the time to re establish all the towns and roads and bridges ... infact almost whole infrastructure.... and this is the time when there is the need to have one unanimously agreed commission which should plan everything after assessing the whole catastrophic disaster and implement the theory of one village one industry or after settting all of it ..
