Yahan par mein Companies Ordinance qoute karoon ga, read that and then decide, it is in the companies ordinance that company act as an entity, so loan taken by a company has to be repaid by a company, then if the company has gone bank rupt, no court, no govt can take it back

1.Yar tum ab personal ho rahay ho, PTI ka problem yeh hay keh yeh log dosray ka opinion sunna hi nahi chahatay, dosray ko chor or corrupt kehna with out proof is bohtan , ab Islami lehaz say apni saza khud tajweez karo.

I am sorry if said anything personal but that was reaction of ur post when u said yahoddi lobby etc... second the whole world knows about their corruption and if u dont know then this is ur fault not mine... last Imran Khan openly admits that his biggest mistake was supporting mush in his referendum and i think everybody commits mistakes but to accept ur mistake needs really big and brave heard and thats what Imran Khan possesses at the moment and thats why we support him....

By the way Gilani has quoted Imran's challenge. I was Imran who first challenged everyone if anybody found any asset of his or his family name, confiscate it.

Hhahahahaha we are not here to forgive someone or whatever... Mush's crime list is too long and all the suffering Pakistani people facing today is becoz of him... and for Imran Khan whether he supported him or not he openly oppose and was opposing Mush after he deceived everyone. I also admit that first 2/3 years of mush dictatorship were better but it does not mean that u forget all the crimes he commited against Pakistani nation and against Muslims. The guy raised issue about supporting mush in referendum and i answered that... Even mush does not say anything against these corrupt leaders becoz he knows he dont have choice... at least Imran Khan opposed his wrong policies on every forum after his mistake.... and by the way as far as i know mush only said he thinks granting benazir and nawaz sharf permission to take part in election was his biggest mistake. I never heard anything about NRO....

According to Companies Ordinance company is a separate entity but its director works on behalf of the company and can be declare responsible by the court even after bankruptcy . If any creditor goes to the court after bankruptcy of any company and court found that the director was involved in corruption then the court can decide that the director is responsible to repay the loan.
But in our country "creditors" the bank are also involved in corruption so why they will go to the court.

According to Companies Ordinance company is a separate entity but its director works on behalf of the company and can be declare responsible by the court even after bankruptcy .
