I believe there is a time and place for everything to happen. I think the Islamists have been trying very hard for the past 65 years to get some Islamic state going on and have failed many times. I think they should give secularism a chance and when secularism fails people will be more receptive to a Khilafat. Some conditions need to pre-exist for certain things to happen.
