PPP is planning forced evacuation of CJ Iftikhar Chaudhary
SLAMABAD: Spokesman of deposed chief justice Athar Minallah Advocate said if Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry evicted from his residence by force it will be a criminal act and its responsibility will fall on district administration, Interior Advisor Rehman Malik and President Asif Ali Zardari.
Athar Minallah has submitted an application in Police Station Secretariate, Islamabad in which he has stated that a plan has been made to evict the deposed CJ along with his family from the government residence and to send them to Quetta.
If this is done, it must be considered abduction, he further stated.
