Even though PPP are trying to distance themselves from this scandal against CJ.

But their evil designs are coming to the fore.
There should be no doubt in any one's mind that PPP is behind this scandal. Malik Riaz may be the conduit or front, but the real instigators are sitting in PPP. Even though Hamid Mir due to his obsessions with Missing people case, tried to insert a misleading notion during his appearance in the SCP but the evidence is showing clearly it is the dirty work of PPP.

1- Yesterday, their leader in Punjab Assembley issued the call for CJ to resign from his post in SCP.

2- Yesterday, the Attorney General keep insisting that CJ should remove himself from the case against Arsalan.

3- Yesterday the newly appointed representative of Riaz, Zahid Bukhari also said he would be requesting to increase the numbers of the judges in the bench and enlarge the bench in Arsalan case. This demand is in line with PPP's estimation that 6 Judges in the SCP are with them. They think if bench is increase it would have at least few judges who would be with them.

4- I have just heard a little bit of the program "in Session" on Duniya News Zahid Bukhari answered in response to a question, the Government representatives in different cases listed to be heard in SCP, would request CJ to remove himself from these cases.

5- It is now established that Aitzaz Ahsan meet Malik Riaz, he didn't meet him for a cry session and to show his love for CJ. He meet him to provide legal advice and advise him on correct course of action. One of them was to use the local media rather than using the foreign media first and break the news through UK media. Remember, there was a proper agreement signed with Christina. Who advised Malik Riaz on that written agreement?

Riaz had full legal advice before he started to show the evidence to the selected media personalities.
But why the same legal advisers are not presenting him in the SCP?
Why the appointment of Zahid Bukhari?

Simple reason is because otherwise it would have been to obvious.
Remember, in yesterday' talk show, I think it was Javed Chaudry's program, Bukhari admitted he doesn't even know what is the defense his client want to put in the SCP. He said he is waiting for the instructions. It shows he was not initially consulted. I am certain it was Aitzaz and others. Aitzaz is showing his true colors now.

Make no mistake, the imprints of satanic Zardari are all over this scandal. it is to defame CJ and taint him so the he is either removed from those cases or if the decisions have gone against PPP, they would cry foul and bias.

The cases include, NICL and CJ's demand to arrest Commerce Secretary and Amin Faheem.
The case against the Speaker to make the decision in favor of PM.
The Memo case.
The NRO case, writing the letter to Swiss authorities.

They all due for hearing in coming days.

Some how I knew that would be your standard response. You probably didn't read once I faced your High Commissioner in the UK. He ran away within 5 minutes saying he is not educated enough to answer my questions. Then I got a life threat from one of the low life present in the meeting.

1- How many houses and other properties Zardari/Bhutto family have around the world?
2- How many servants work for them around the world?
3- How much is the upkeep and utilities and properties bills of those houses and other properties around the world?

Do you know the meanings of Hearsay?

If someone say, he was told by someone, a third person said this, then it is the hearsay.

I am not saying Mir is entirely blameless or credible, but that should be left for the court to decide. His direct conversations with Malik are not hearsay.

1- He said, Malik Riaz has spoken to him on the phone and he was still in Dubai, until last night. While new Appointed Representative of Riaz yesterday morning said in the SCP that Riaz is in London for treatment. Do you understand the ramifications of this? I hope SCP picks on this and ask Masood to provide statement and proof from where the call was originated. Masood said clearly Riaz called him last night while he was still in Dubai.

2- He also said, a Balouch leader living in Dubai 6 months ago asked him why some presenters are all of a sudden started to call them on the issue of missing persons? While this problem had been around for years, and nobody paid attention to it. They call and request us to talk about it in their programs. Dr. Masood said, it was planned more than 6 months ago that a rift would be created between Military and the Judiciary before taking on Judiciary ; after isolating them. Isn't this exactly what happened after CJ started to order FC to produce missing persons?
We also know which presenter was most active in missing people issue, it was Hamid Mir.

3- Dr. Masood and Nadeem Malik spoke about a Journalist buying a place in USA in recent weeks. Even Malik knew the story, but wanted to see the document. It means the story had been circulating among them, I am sure it is about Hamid Mir. Many people are facing heat and they are flipping. It is an on going saga, don't worry a lot would come out.

4- It was Hamid Mir who in the SCP tried to divert this scandal towards the Military, why? If you listen to his today's talk in "Policy Matters" he was clearly saying he hid things from the supreme court. If I was a Judge, I would have called him back and grilled him and send him to jail for perjury and purposefully misleading the court.

Name of Zardari is written all over the scandal.

It really suits them, after all It's corrupt party and made history, either by killing their own leadership like Benazir and so far looting entire Pakistan.
